A little fix update after noticing a few problems.

- Fixed a bug locking powerfull GPU to high usage (didn't affect performance but could make other app or recording laggy at best)

- Added support for vSync

- Added background lock (the application now fully stop if in background, avoiding wrong input detection & lost perfs)
